根據我最近的觀察我發現導致這種情況的原因是：到了冬天人們就大量的燒煤燒炭，煙囪里冒出來的黑煙和工廠里燒東西冒出的黑煙……這些都是導致大氣污染的“罪魁禍首”。關于這種情況我想出了幾條辦法。

針對以上愿意我想提出以下建議：

1、人們要盡量少燒煤或者碳，都改成用電但是也不能不加節制的用電，

2、讓大部分的工廠都停止開工，或者是每天的開工要有時間限制。

3、希望您派手下的人去下面調查，看一看他們是不是這樣做的，一定要加大懲罰力度，加大宣傳力度。
