大家都知道，畢業班的學生有很大的壓力，他們自己也很董事。所以，作為一名教師，不應再額外給他們施壓，這樣做不但不能增強他們的求知欲，反而會使他們產生厭學情緒，更加不利于學生的成績提高。在教學的時候，老師應該結合實際，尋求各種途徑來給無味的課堂增添樂趣;要給學生們傳達這樣一種信息，我們只是想傳送知識，不是光來教他們考試。

作為一個學生，我深深地明白，在幾十分鐘的一節課上，想要始終全神貫注的聽講而不走一點神是尤其難于做到的。因而，上課時，老師應該適時地給學生一點精神上的動力，具體的作法可以是講個與課授內容有連系的故事、小笑話等，還可以用游戲和探討等方式把已分心的學生重新引回來。

還有老師對學生的不足和犯的錯誤要能夠以寬容和原諒的心對待，要尊重他們的感受，理解他們的難處，這樣才能造就一個和諧的師生關系。及時了解學生的心理狀態和學習水平這也很重要，這樣能夠幫助老師及時調整教學方案，展開恰當的輔導措施。

實踐目的：通過社會實踐，能夠鍛煉我自己與人交往的能力，擴大交際范圍，進一步加深對教學了解，培養對教學的興趣，增加教學經驗與收獲，也從中發現自己從未發現的方面，或許需要改正的習慣，更或許是某個被掩蓋的亮點，給自己一個正確的定位，確立相對現實的目標。結合平時在校學習的教學技能，再加上實踐，使之更加完善。另外，我還實踐了其他領域的工作，擴展自己的知識面，鍛煉提高自己的能力，見識不同的人，不同的家庭，不同的工作，學會怎么做人，與人相處，如何上好一堂課，提早適應社會，為今后成為一名優秀的人民教師打下扎實基礎。

實踐過程

轉眼間，一個炎熱的假期就要過去了。驀然回首，不能不感慨光陰似箭般穿梭中的那份無奈。當準備收拾心情，重整出發時，發現原來匆匆的及假期里多了一份沉甸甸的充實……

最熟悉的陌生稱謂，經過了將近一個月的實踐生涯，現在的我對于“老師”這個稱謂不再陌生了，當別人稱呼我“老師”時，已沒有昔日的逃避與羞澀……雖然我的工作只是沾了“教師”的丁點邊，可我分明感到這兩個字帶給我的豪邁感。我，不枉此行!

日子一天一天過去了，就在我快絕望的時候，奇跡出現了。在我家廚房望下去，便是東門橋，橋上過了一條橫幅：英語培訓中心暑假招生，我眼前一亮，趕緊與他們聯系，聽說他們需要老師，我急忙準備簡歷去面試。那晚的面試讓我刻苦銘心，頗有體會。首先是自我介紹，用英語與考官交流相關教學問題，接著做閱讀題(那題是給初二學生做的，但對與我來說已經很難了，詞匯量特別多)，通過后，考官給我一本初三課本，三分鐘準備后試教，之后喜校長再倆面試一回，讓我才藝表演，唱歌，畫動物，“一波未平，一波又起”，毫無準備的我折騰得幾乎“魂飛魄散”，自己感覺壓力很大，但我很慶幸在校有學過簡筆畫與粉筆字，這些對于一個教師都是至關重要的。經過重重考核，我更加深刻的了解到自己存在的不足，校長也指出我的弱點。但他知道我們學校在培養教師方面很出色，是個很不錯的學校(這讓我不油然增加對母校的自豪感)，所以校長破例允許我在這里試教、聽課，向其他老師學習，但無報酬!一段時間再來考核，若通過，即可教學生拿工資。雖然沒有報酬，但我很高興，因為這是一個難得讓我實踐與學習的機會，賺錢不是最主要的，作為學生，能賺多少錢，等你畢業后有的是賺錢的機會?！皺C不可失，時不再來”，我爽快地答應了。那晚我媽媽陪我面試到11：00多才回家!

第二天早上8點我準時到中心報到，喜校長為我安排了工作，我專心了解中心各項職能，包括報名程序，如何開收據，使用打印機打印資料，宣傳本中心……很快，便有家長帶著孩子前來咨詢報名，剛接任務的我十分生疏，幸好在我身邊的楊曉玲老師，馬老師一直幫我解圍，我也從中更加了解情況。大概10：00左右，我接到一位六年級的學生，在這十天，我要對這位學生進行“一對一”輔導，幫助他順利通過恩益學校的招生考試去讀初中。

他叫鄭澤，有點胖，我感覺是個蠻滑稽的小男孩。首先我向他爸爸了解一些情況，且翻閱他帶過來的試卷，我對學生的基本情況有了初步掌握：基礎不扎實，單詞、音標不過關，語法掌握不牢固。

頭一次我不想上課，我面帶笑容與他交流起來，談談學習方面的，詢問他對英語是否有興趣?自己覺得在哪方面還存在不足，我該怎么配合他……看我始終不翻課本，他有點奇怪，我告訴他盡早不上課，下午才開始正式上課。聽到我說不用上課，他很高興，于是我們輕輕松松地談起來，他很喜歡看《龍珠》，恰好我有看過，于是我們很投機地聊了起來。我之所以這么做是想培養他來這上課的興趣，讓他感到在這里上課不是一種負擔，也增進我與他的感情，“用心和學生溝通，做他們的朋友”。

中午回家后，我便匆忙地看了看課本，粗略地備課、做教學計劃、安排習題。下午正式上課，或許我們談得來，所以一上課也不緊張，向在教我弟弟一樣。針對鄭澤的情況，我為他制定一個“扎實基礎—逐步提高—適當難度”的方針。我跟他講了一下我的教學計劃，讓他心里有個底。

第一，我用三天時間對其六年級兩冊書的內容做簡要的復習，特別是一些比較重要的，跟語法有關的單元，并要求重點課文呀背誦，在上課前要檢查背誦，以便我找出錯誤，糾正語音。與此同時，我要求他每個單詞要熟練過關，寫錯了重些5遍，第二天再繼續聽寫，使他最基本的的那次都能過關，打下基礎。

“萬事開頭難”這話一點兒也不假，雖然我參與實踐的時間不長，但求職之路的艱辛和求到職之后的茫然讓我感嘆市場競爭的激烈，感悟到了生活的艱辛。

南通是個繡品城，而我所處之地是繡品城中的一幅繡品，密密麻麻的人以此為生，電腦繡花用的是編程，但我不會。況且也不需要暑期打零工的。整理東西,每天在勞累中度過。學不到一點知識。學的最多的可能是對人生的一份坦然,不得以我放棄了這份工作。每天感嘆生活的單調與乏味,卻不想依靠父母的幫助。哀嘆啊,哀嘆。

奔波了好多天之后,我找到了一份真正意義上的暑期社會實踐單位。通州市姜灶塑料編織廠。廠長姓

張,人很可親。清瘦顯得他活力無限。我跟他說,我學的是機電專業,但沒學過什么專業課程,我還順便提及輔修過市場營銷這門課程。他頓了頓,想了想說,我這兒的機器上有很多針,各種各樣的型號都有,分類很嚴密。有時是大的一排,有時是小的一排,大小有時又要交錯相差。這樣吧,我先把你安排到拌料間,去學習一下材料的分配和用料的安全。然后去銷售部門吧。我點了點頭,同意了。

第二天一大早,我就跟著張廠長來到了拌料車間,車間里堆滿了聚乙烯顆粒。張廠長領了我來到一個姓趙的師傅面前說,趙師傅,這是從學校里來參加暑期社會實踐的,您就好好照顧照顧吧。

我站在那兒,盯著趙師傅熟練的忙碌著,一袋袋的原料按不同的比例被投放到了攪拌機里。我沉默著,雖然我知道“沉默是金”,但此時此刻卻是一塊沒有光澤的石頭。我依然沉默著。等到那師傅忙完后,他給我講起了塑料業的發展,塑料的降解功能。

塑料是一個新興行業,發展時間還不長。但目前隨著塑料制品的日益增多,“白色污染”也越來越嚴重。而21世紀又是一個環保世紀,為了保護我們的家園,全世界都對塑料行業提出了一個嚴峻的問題,就是生產出來的塑料產品盡量是環保的,可降解的。連我們廠也都要這樣。現在中國的普通老百姓還在追求價的廉宜和結實度,而國外卻都已向環?？繑n了。你看那個塑料廠已被國外退回了好多產品,就是因為產品的質量不合格,無環保性能,不可降解。

降解塑料與同類的普通塑料具有相當或相近的應用性能和衛生性能,在完成其使用功能后,能在自然環境條件下較快地降解。成為易廣泛被吸收的碎末。并隨著時間的推移進一步降解成為CO2和水。但從

總體而言,當前降解塑料還處于技術階段,有待于進一步深化研究,工藝進一步完善。并致力于提高性能,降解成本,拓寬用途和逐步推向市場化進程中。

目前,已初步明確,聚乙烯是可生物降解的。且在聚乙烯中加入改良性淀粉后可提高其生物降解性。其基本的降解機理是可降解的。塑料制品中所含的淀粉在短期內被土壤中的微生物分泌的酶迅速降解而生成空洞,導致制品的力學性能下降。并伴隨著空洞的形成,表面積擴大,從而增大與土壤的接觸面;同時配方中還添加了氧化劑和土壤的金屬鹽。反應生成過氫氧化物。這些將導致聚乙烯鏈的斷裂而降解成為易被微生物吞噬的低分子化合物。最終回到生物圈,進入自然循環。

我驚訝極了,一個小小的師傅竟然懂的那么多,中國加入了WTO,不止企業的管理人員,連師傅也加入了經濟發展的行業中,步伐真快啊。

我實踐的那家單位雖小,但卻為我們的社會創造了不少的財富,若不論財富,那它畢竟為我們提供了若干個崗位,一個企業“以人為本”，人人都把其當作是自己的一部分，那企業的魅力是怎樣的大啊。

暑期的實踐生活雖然不長,只有那僅僅的兩周,但卻為我的人生刻下了一段銘心的經歷。我不知道別人是如何看待這次的實踐生活,但對我來說卻是意義非凡的。使我在享受生活的同時也品嘗到了生活的艱

辛。想要經營一個企業不是容易的,靠蠻勁和熱血是無法解決的,誰能保證這些有效期有多長。

我感謝我的實踐生活,它考驗了我,激勵了我,使我由貪玩變得好學,由懶惰變得勤快，由茫然變得自信,由幼稚變得成熟……
