2、 關于海報：現在公司還有另一個美工，在這段時間也教會了我很多，知道了做海報

要考慮很多因素：店鋪風格、色調搭配、圖案搭配、字的排版、字體的設置講究，這些都很重要，不過也不是一朝一夕就能培養的出來的，但可以從模仿中鍛煉，他有一句說的很對：現在我們剛出社會，設計風格還不夠成熟，如果只要自己的想法是做不好東西的，那種東西一看就沒什么質量。如何借鑒運用別人的'創意也是一門藝術。對于如何吸引顧客的眼球，表達商品的重要信息，在海報的體現上也是要不斷的學習和認識。

3、 上架商品：這段時間他也教了我如何上架商品，現在我也掌握了天貓、一號店、阿

里巴巴、京東商品的上架。其實呢，這些操作不一定什么都要問別人，百度什么的都挺好用的，所以能自己解決的就先自己試著去解決。

4、 關于軟件使用的熟練度：制圖軟件的熟悉對于圖片處理的速度和圖片效果是有很大

的相關的。在處理圖片時，我們經常遇到圖片的一些問題，比如模特背景顏色會影響模特身上衣服的顏色及模特的膚色，有時模特哪里受傷了也是要處理掉，還有整體膚色不能太黑，要在原有的圖片上調整好，還有對衣服顏色真是感的處理也要調好等，這些都要你對軟件的熟悉與熟練的運用。軟件的熟悉與熟練的運用也體現在

對一個海報制作過程的分析和制作的速度，對海報的制作分析可以充實腦袋里的制作靈感與素材，制作速度的加快也是提高工作效率的一環，這些都是我現在必須要加強鍛煉的。

5、 關于店鋪風格：雖然我對店鋪風格的定位還是不太清楚，現在我也是跟著另一個美

工的風格走，這是所有圖片處理的總風格，所以自己也要清楚并配合好。

四、實習總結和體會

工作是人生活的重要部分，是我們畢業生必須面對的問題，不論是消極還是積極，都會給人帶來不同的感受，而精彩的生活源于有意義的工作中，所以我不會讓自己因工作的煩惱、困難和壓力困擾自己，學會適當的調節自己的心情。

這次的實習讓我學了不少東西，對于工作的思考，不能一味的跟著自己的想法，而是要更能從適合的角度考慮。學無止盡，這點想法一定要在腦中扎根生長，積極的充實自己是很重要的。課本上的知識都是最基本的知識。本以為這些用不上，但現在深切感受到這是我所擁有的寶貴基礎，沒有書本知識的鋪墊，哪能在此基礎上不斷前進呢。今后的路還很長，這樣的實習經驗是我人生寶貴的財富。
